While we Endeavour to ensure that all stock lines are made available, if the Fragrance or Skin Care product that you have ordered is out of stock at time of purchase, one of our consultants will call you within 24 hours of purchase, and you will be given the choice of either a full refund or have your product specially ordered in for you.
Should you choose this option, you will be notified as soon as your product has arrived at our Warehouse, (this generally takes about 4-7 working days) and it will be immediately shipped to you. Pricing may be subject to change without notification. |
