Returns / Refunds

We will happily offer you a refund or Store Credit/replacement if your product is faulty or the product itself (not the packaging) has been damaged during transit.
Any refund will be for the value of the product only (not including any shipping costs).

Before making any returns, please contact our office on 08 8356 1888 immediately or email us at sales@scentuality.com.au for a return authorization. We will not accept any returns without prior notification and the issuance of the return authorization.

Any returns must be sent back to us within 7 days (within Australia) from time of delivery. International customers are given an additional 7 days to make a return.

No refunds/Store Credit/replacement will be provided until the damaged/faulty product has been received by Scentuality Australia.
